BUYERS BEWARE.
Do not buy a Straight Talk cell phone from Walmart. Straight Talk and Walmart are ripping Straight Talk cell phone buyers off.
After three days and many hours on the phone with support trying to get my new phone connected to no avail. After an hour and a half in the Walmart store, disgusted I told the clerk I wanted to return the phone. The money for the phone was returned. But the $50 for the card was not. Earlier I remember overhearing the couple in front of me having the same problem. This is what it’s all about they’re stalling you I’m getting your new phone connected so they can rip you off for the $50s. I wonder how many times a day this is happening in the Walmart store. Walmart will say they have nothing to do with straight talk. But Walmart served straight talk to me.
This is why straight talk is cheating their customers and Walmart knows about it. Shame on you Walmart
Your current Straight Talk Service Plan will remain available for use on VoLTE-ready phones at least until Nov. 23, 2024. You will continue to enjoy your wireless service and do not need to take any action until we notify you.
